I just got back from the inaugural night of the Paradise School of Music and I am definitely excited. A lot of the staff put on a couple of numbers to get things rolling and they were awesome. Let me just say that the mix was the best I’ve ever heard in the youth hall, kudos to whoever was doing sound. We then had some speeches from Pastor Ashley, Steve Donato and Richard Fowler and then they split us up for our courses.
As there were only 4 of us who were doing workshops there we went and had an hour with Richard Fowler
, Awesome !. Having Richard explain to all of us how he saw music theory, song writing and worship leading going in such a small group was fantastic. It’s not often you get to sit with someone with this level of experience. All in all a good night and I would reccommend PSOM to anyone interested in knowing more about music.
